Welcome to Mindful Solutions Therapy. We understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult — especially when you’re used to managing everything on your own. Our goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered with practical tools that help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. At Mindful Solutions Therapy, we work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD/neurodivergence, depression, burnout, emotional overwhelm, stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of our clients are high-functioning externally while internally feeling exhausted, disconnected, stuck in survival mode, or overwhelmed by the constant pressure to keep up with everyday life. Our approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. We believe therapy should be more than simply talking through problems — it should help you better understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and create realistic changes that support your day-to-day well-being. We integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness practices, behavioral strategies, and person-centered care. Therapy is individualized to your unique experiences, strengths, goals, and needs. As a trauma-informed clinician, I recognize the lasting impact past experiences can have on emotions, relationships, self-worth, and daily functioning. I strive to create a supportive environment built on safety, authenticity, collaboration, and respect while helping clients build resilience and reconnect with themselves in healthier, more sustainable ways.
